Installation Process

A large 800lb concrete grinder is sanding down the garage floor.

Step 1: Preparation

We diamond grind the floors with up to 850 lb machines to open up the pores of the substrate.

The cracks in the garage have been filled.

Step 2: Concrete Reconstruction

Our polyurea joint repair mix is used to fix and fill pitting and cracks.

Step 3: Base Coat

Our polyurea is mixed and applied to the prepped surface.

Step 4: Broadcasting the Flake

Directly after the base coat application, we apply a full broadcast of the flake.

Step 5: Scraping the Flake

Once the base coat is cured, the floor is scraped and vacuumed to remove any loose or vertical flakes.

The final step is to squeegee and back-roll the polyaspartic clear coat over the flakes.
