Contest Rules:

- Must Complete all requirements: Like our Facebook page, follow our Facebook page, comment on the contest post, and submit a contest entry form.

- Must live in Kansas City or the surrounding area.

- Garage floor cannot exceed 650 sq ft.

- Contestants cannot have foundational issues with their home if the garage is attached or with a detached garage.

How the winner is chosen: Each entry will have a numerical number attached in the received order. We will use a random number generator wheel to select the entry number that corresponds to the entry.

The random drawing will be videoed and posted to our social media pages to ensure fairness.
