Process (typical):

1. We clean your roof with a pressure washer and biodegradable industrial detergent.
2. We repair minor and obvious problems with your roof.
3. We apply a layer of appropriate primer for the substrate for the purpose of long-lasting adhesion.
4. We spray and roll on a thick coat of professional-grade acrylic elastomeric coating using UCSC's Durashield II.
